I started playing guitar when I was thirteen, and the better my skills became the stronger the urge and drive to make it my sole purpose and occupation. I've paid my dues playing in various bands, honing my skills, developing my playing techniques, constantly pushing myself self to get to the next level of playing.

The most recent band that I was in was Article-15 from southern Iowa. Which were signed to an Independent label called "GTH". But the label became the victim of poor financial management and ended up going out of business, so the band was left without CD distribution and touring support.

After leaving Article-15, I moved to Boise Idaho, and started playing bass guitar. I heard Blind Fury was looking for a bass player so I auditioned for the band and the rest is history.

We went through 4 songs and I felt that we had an instant chemistry that just worked on so many levels. I truly enjoy the challenge of the complex song writing, with an extra emphasis on heavy that Blind Fury is bringing to the table with this latest outing.

My influences range from Black Sabbath to Godsmack. Some of my favorite bands would be Black Label Society, Staind, Godsmack, and Sevendust just to name a few. Look forward to seeing all of you out there when the new CD gets released. Jamie
